Erin Fairley, through her law practice at Leschi Law, is committed to serving individuals, families, and seniors with professional and personal service. Leschi Law serves neighborhood clients as well as clients throughout the greater Seattle area. House calls are available if needed. My commitment is to cut through the legalese and insure that clients actually understand their legal documents. For overworked and overstressed clients, we can do much of our work via email and phone consultation reducing the need to schedule yet another appointment.
Bio
Law is a second career for Erin and she brings a depth of life experience and understanding to her law practice. Erin received her Juris Doctor degree with honors from Seattle University in 2009. Prior to opening her own firm, Erin was a partner with Advocates Law Group, PLLC. Formerly, Erin was a professional musician and teacher having received graduate and undergraduate degrees in organ performance at Indiana University and Millsaps College. Erin moved to Seattle twenty-five years ago. She and her husband enjoy family life with three teenagers. In her free time, she is an avid reader and loves to travel in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Fees
I’m committed to providing affordable services to all clients. Estate Planning packages begin at $650. Hourly legal services are billed at $300 per hour. In special circumstances, I work with clients at reduced charges or refer them to other low-cost legal services.
